Why did you create tyllr?Because it’s about time managers get some love to be honest. It’s hard to be a boss these days – nobody shows you the ropes and things get overwhelming. We simply want to make things easier and make work more joyful.

Why did you create tyllr?As corny as it may sound, for my kids. I spent so many anxious years as a manager / leader without the correct support and don’t want them to feel like I did. They deserve to work in better environments. And so does everyone else.
